Membership Agreement

Mac’s Place membership entitle the member to the following club services on the premises with no additional cost: barbershop, shoeshines, chair massages, sodas and snacks at the bar, access to conference room, all seating and lounge areas in the club and outdoor courtyard. Products such as clothing, pomade, colognes, shoe care products, and anything not deemed a service may have a cost associated with it.

 

Memberships are paid in advance of service, beginning on the day of enrollment and on the same day each month thereafter. Membership dues are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (debit card, credit card, ACH, etc.)

 

Membership contracts are a six-month agreement and will automatically renew at the end of the term unless a cancelation request is submitted by the member.

 

Mac’s Place reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason. This is a small private association and we intend to ensure a pleasant experience for all members. Any behavior deemed abusive of the staff, other members, or the furnishings and equipment will not be tolerated. Be cool or be gone.

 

Due to the demographic of our member base, privacy and discretion is of utmost importance. We encourage networking and meeting the other members, however there are a few things we do not allow. Do not ask for pictures with, or autographs from other members of celebrity status. This includes taking pictures with the intent of capturing other specific members in the background. Violation of this policy is grounds for membership revocation without refund.
